The19 ywidows and up to 80 orphans that live at the "House of Mercy" Life Center aka H.O.M.E. are supported by revenues generated by the two acres of cocoa beans on the Orphaned Heart Empoerment Center in Eastern Uganda All children work on the farm once thay reach 10 years of age.

he Jimja area where Orphaned Heart Int'l  established its first agricultural Empowerment Center has one in four persons living in abject poverty.  Now, the local starvation and malnutrition iha significantly reduced thanks to the generous food sharing and bartering progam with the local villagers.

Sitting on 6 acres at the edge of the cornfield' OHI has doubled the size of OHEC to 12 acres in 3 years.
